Obtido exclusivamente da uva nebbiolo proveniente do vinhedo histórico da vinicola, chamado Sant’Anna. Plantas que superam os 60 anos de idade que fincam profundamente suas raizes em um terreno de composição arenosa muito alcalina, caracteristica predominante em toda região do Roero no Piemonte.
Cor rubi muito viva, aromas de frutas vermelhas maduras e especiaria. Na boca é envolvente e gentil, repropõem-se as frutas vermelhas, taninos finos que servem de base solida para um envelhecimento em saude!
Degustado dias atrás em um almoço com amigos. Harmonizado com uma tartare piemontese, um espetaculo!!”
