Fresh pomaces are immediately distilled following slow and precise methods wich permit to extract the typical tastes. In this way no essences are added to recall the original fruit of the wine-type: the natural pomaces with their freshness and their marked bouquet give the taste.

Taste: Fanciul, soft, full. Good after-taste of bitter almond, delicate and persistent
